Job Description
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Mahwah NJ
Salary: $80k$100k
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in concrete and earthwork. You will manage projects from start to finish ensuring they are on time within scope and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders including clients vendors and team members.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best terms and prices.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee project and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project .
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in construction management Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in concrete and earthwork
Proficient in project management software
Strong organizational communication and negotiation skills
Willing to travel to job sites as needed
