Job Description
The Senior Digital Designer will be responsible for creating impactful digital experiences across various platforms. The role involves creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences across websites landing pages mobile applications and marketing materials. The role also collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and user needs
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create visually compelling and responsive designs for websites landing pages and digital marketing materials
- Develop and code dynamic email templates ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance the usability and overall experience of our digital products through effective UI/UX design practices.
- Design and implement high converting landing pages that drive user engagement and support marketing campaigns.
- Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns social media and website use ensuring high quality and adherence to brand standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required to assist the department and the company in achieving its goals and objectives.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Web Design or related field
- 5 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Figma or Sketch
- Strong experience in HTML CSS and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with AMPscript or other scripting language is a plus
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and methodologies
- Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premium Pro Final Cut Pro)
- Strong command of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Figma Sketch or other relevant tools for creating high quality visual designs and prototypes

- Proficiency in user interface and user experience design principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Strong analytical skills to identify design challenges and develop creative user centered solutions that enhance functionality and overall user satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality work
