Roles and Responsibilities
Should be capable to handle Electrical Section independently of RebarMill.
To lead an electrical maintenance team for schedule maintenancePlanning of daytoday maintenance of Rebar Mill.
Hands on experience / excellent knowledge in following areas:Siemens/ABB Make AC/DC Drive PLC HMI IBA System.
troubleshooting of Electrical/Electronic systems HT & LT system i.e.HT breaker Panel PCC & MCC field instruments
Coordination with different sections of the organization for smoothproject/maintenance work.
Utilization of plant shutdowns effectively for engineering activities sothat plant down time will be nil.
Experience in the field of Automation (programming testing andcommissioning) with exposure to Siemens PLC ABB PLC Rolling Mill High Speed multiprocessing controller Drives interface HMIprogramming & Testing.
Familiar with automation Logic Design and modifications as perrequirement.
