Your Mission:
Blizzard is looking for an exceptional Lead Product Manager to help shape the future of Hearthstone and collectible strategy games. We are looking for candidates with experience in building and managing freetoplay games owning business outcomes and delivering features that meaningfully improve metrics and enhance the player experience.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position with some work onsite and some workfromhome. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine CA.
What you bring to the table:
Priorities can often change in a fastpaced environment like ours so this role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Spearhead the development and commercial strategy from the ground up shaping the products vision and roadmap.
Innovate and design new features to delight players as measured through KPIs using both creative thinking and lessons learned from industry best practices.
Become an expert on Hearthstone and the competitive landscape of midcore games so that you have a deep understanding of our players motivations and desires from a global perspective.
Establish and drive product management processes and frameworks ensuring scalable practices as the game moves from development to release and live operations.
Conduct rigorous research analysis and testing to continuously refine gameplay engagement and monetization strategies.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional peers and game leadership to craft and refine the games business strategy ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
Write clear and actionable product specifications and communicate effectively with the team to facilitate seamless implementation.

Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business strategy computer sciences or related education
6 years of experience in game product management preferably with significant involvement in launching new games.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on datadriven decision making.
Love for games and creating fun and compelling player experiences.
Passionate selfmotivated and driven to create and execute great ideas crossfunctionally.
Able to operate in a fastpaced dynamic environment and find creative ways to get things done.
Demonstrated communication collaboration and organizational abilities with experience in leading crossfunctional teams effectively.
Extra Points:
MBA or a relevant graduatelevel degree providing expertise on business operations strategy product management or related field.

These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates new hire compensation is negotiable.
