Responsibilities:
Program Development:Design and implement comprehensive strategies for the Priority Accounts program ensuring all activities are interconnected and aligned with overall business goals. Program Management:Oversee the of program activities ensuring they meet objectives and deliver value. Track progress manage risks and implement corrective actions as necessary. Business Insights:Actively engage in sales insights generation including identifying new opportunities niches whitespace areas for solutions and data ledopportunity mapping. Governance and DecisionMaking:Establish and manage governance structures that prioritize outcomes and facilitate timely decisionmaking to ensure program momentum. Team Leadership:Help facilitate and mentor the account driver community by setting clear priorities providing coaching opportunities and support and fostering a collaborative and highperformance team culture.
