Job Description

A wellestablished civil engineering firm specializing in land development/site design is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their Lancaster PA team. This person will work in their Municipal Services Group. Job Requirements: BS in Engineering Landscape Architecture Environmental Science or related curriculum; 2 years experience in stormwater management design and land development planning; Experience in a variety of Hydrology models; Experience in HECRAS; Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D; Proficient in NPDES Stormwater/Chapter 102 permit process and requirements; Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word; Familiarity with Chapter 105/404 permits and processes preferred; Familiarity with MS4 program and PRP development will be strongly considered; Experience with FEMA applications and procedures will be strongly considered; Experience with wetland delineation.
