The Financial Crime Unit (FCU) in PwC Poland is a team of over 1300 experts who provide consultancy services and operational support for global financial institutions within the area of AntiMoney Laundering Risk Regulatory ESG and other financial services. As a multicompetence center that brings together the top experts in the field of AntiMoney Laundering (AML) an area of financial services that focuses on preventing illicit funds from being integrated into the legal financial system. Institutions operating within the modern financial system face many challenges such as money laundering attempts the growth of organized crime and the fight against financing. These institutions are turning to us PwC Financial Crime Unit for help.
We are looking for:
Team Leader
Leading a team of 10 15 AML Analysts monitoring and managing the workload and daily operations within the team
Monitoring targets achievement and acting on potential breaches escalating operational issues affecting the supervised team. Ensuring all policies procedures and guidelines are followed by team members
Taking active role in development recruitment and retention of people coaching and motivating
Monitoring performance seeking and rewarding high performers
Fostering high performing culture and values of Financial Crime Unit.
Experience managing or coordinating a team and are familiar with performance management tools and motivation techniques
At least 3 years of operational experience
An ability to speak English fluently
Excellent communication skills including client communication
Strong planning time management and organizational skills.
Prior operational AML experience
Knowledge of other European languages.
