A Day in the Life:
Process and organize a high volume of reports.
Review and communicate with appropriate branch personnel regarding information required to compile customer reports invoicing and quotes.
Produce detailed written reports on our findings and recommendations and forward to customers.
Maintain and update customer database for each local branch.
Use of webbased technology to obtain our field service technicians data.
Respond to local branch inquiries in a timely courteous and professional manner.
Work closely with local branch personnel and departments to satisfy customer requirements.
When required follow up on outstanding quotations with customers via telephone and emails.
Provide operational support to the local branches as it pertains to your role.
Other administrative duties as required by the team.

Advanced typing skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Strong demand for the English language both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a Customer Service role is considered an asset.
Previous experience in the roofing industry is considered an asset.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly Word and Outlook)
