Job Description
Hire Resolves client is seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator specializing in water and sewer infrastructure bulk transfer pipelines reservoirs treatment works and pump stations as well as the rehabilitation of dams and spillways construction and rehabilitation of earth dams and internal linings.
Responsibilities:
Prepare work estimates by reviewing proposals blueprints and specifications.
Identify labor material and time requirements for projects.
Compute costs by analyzing relevant documents.
Conduct tender pricing and manage cost estimates.
Prepare pre and posttender submissions.
Requirements:
3 6 years experience in an Estimating Role (Civils and Building).
Relevant degree in construction or a related field.
Construction Estimator Certification (CEC) is required.
Minimum 6 years industry experience.
CCS experience is mandatory.
BuildSmart experience is advantageous.
Additional Information:
This is a longterm LDC placement.
Travel will be required as the role is based in various locations.
