Job Description
This is a fulltime position with benefits onsite at our location in Santa Maria CA.

- Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area
- Operate various types of CNC machines to produce parts conforming to print requirements may include basic program adjustments to meet quality and schedule requirements
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Can simultaneously operate up to 4 machines when practical and necessary
- Performs basic daily maintenance or checks for machines
- Maintain safety quality and standard procedures
- Monitor tool life program
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GEDrecent grads welcome!
- 12 years industrial experience desired inproduction and quality control methods (ISO9001 AS9100 etc. desired
- Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation and production systems desired
- Must read/write/speak English fluently
- Computer skills (MS Office) and experience in ERP systems preferred
- Working knowledge of manufacturing principals and basic shop math
- Ability to read and follow work orders set up data sheets and measurement instructions
- Knowledge of hand tools and general inspection tools
- Detail oriented with good time management and organization skills
- Lift 40 pounds

Pay range: $20.00 per hour If we determine you have a higher technical skill set/experience we can consider a higher compensation range
