Who You Are
Were looking for a Sr./Lead Growth & Retention Marketing Manager to own and scale marketing strategies that drive acquisition engagement and retention for our real estate agent and loan officer products. In this highimpact fullstack marketing role you will lead endtoend marketing efforts leveraging data experimentation and multichannel strategies to increase adoption and revenue.
You are a strategic resultsdriven marketer with a proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You have a growth mindset thrive in fastpaced environments and are skilled at blending demand generation growth marketing lifecycle marketing content strategy and sales enablement tactics to create fullfunnel marketing programs.
This role will work closely with our VP of Marketing President COO and CEO to shape and execute HomeLights growth strategy for key products.

The following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado New York Washington and California.
Base Pay Range: $165000.00 $205000.00base pay will vary depending on several factors such as the position location qualifications of the individual market conditions and other operational business requirements.
