Instructional Designer Learning & Development (m/w/d)
Arbeitsort: 55218 Ingelheim am RheinWhat you can expect:
- As Learning Experience Designer you will work with subject matter experts and functional trainers to develop engaging learning activities and compelling content for Medicine worldwide.
- To address learning needs more effectively you will outline training objectives and design learning journeys that apply stateoftheart instructional design and adult learning theories.
- Further you will support decisions on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessments and learning effectiveness measures.
- Based on these insights on learning progress as well as stakeholder feedback you will propose and lead training process improvement projects.
- In this context you will also identify and implement innovative learning systems and tools as well as external or offtheshelf training materials to further enhance the learning strategy.
- Finally you will ensure that instructional material reflects the diversity of learners and cultures.
What you need to bring along:
- Masters degree in business natural sciences or comparable experience with specialization in instructional design
- Several years experience in global and crossfunctional training project management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the development and maintenance of innovative content on learning and communication platforms (e.g. elearning forums etc.
- Knowledge and expertise in instructional design learning content development and adult learning methodology (preferably GxP)
- Proven experience in identification and implementation of novel learning systems and platforms
- Strong computer skills including MS Office MS Project database tools and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and change
- Customer centric result oriented and agile mindset
