Job Description
Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is seeking a skilled and detailoriented Property Management Specialist at the Journeyman level to join our team. As a Property Management Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of Government Furnished Equipment ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of property condition and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Property Operations: Manage daytoday property operations including maintenance repairs and tenant relations. Ensure that equipment is wellmaintained and in compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment maintenance and improvements. Understand current contracts and ensure that services meet quality and cost standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of equipmentrelated activities. Generate regular reports on equipment performance failure rates and metrics.
- Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with federal regulations related to equipment management. Implement best practices to mitigate risk and maintain a high level of legal and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Relations: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues. Address stakeholder concerns requests and emergencies promptly and professionally.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a SECRET level clearance
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Logistics or a related field.
- 6 years employment experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in equipment management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification in Property Management.
- Familiarity with property management software.
