WHO YOU ARE
You are a crucial part of the Property Management team an experiencedLeasing Specialistwith at least two 2 years of experience in a customerfacing role within the affordable housing industry (Housing & Urban Development HUD Rural Development RD and/or LowIncome Housing Tax Credit LIHTC). By delivering exceptional customer service effectively nurturing leads and utilizing strong organizational skills you will be responsible for successfully renting apartments and contributing to a positive resident experience. Overall you will be responsible for managing leases ensuring affordable housing compliance and working with various agencies. When youre not assigned to an active leaseup you will act as a floating Community Manager so youre passionate about traveling to different communities and being on the open road!

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Lead and monitor leasing activities including showings lead generation application processing movein coordination and waitlist management.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to implement sales and generation tactics as well as nurture agency/partner relationships.
- Coordinate schedule and complete the movein cycle from beginning to end.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental agencies.
- Fillin as a floating Community Manager when not assigned to an active leaseup.
