Experience working in a Human Resources environment Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications HR certification PHR SPHR or CBP preferred Leave Management or Case Management certification CPDM CLMS CDMS Knowledge of various programmatic areas that coordinate leave administration including payroll benefits Voluntary Shared Leave disability FMLA Workers Compensation Americans with Disabilities Act ADA return to work and other leaverelated issues.
