Lead Engineer FM
Birmingham
Permanent Full Time
Salary 42000 plus vehicle and package
We are working directly with a growing and highly reputable medium sized facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round building maintenance services to clients within the commercial sector.
Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Lead Engineer to join the team in the Birmingham region.
Role:
- Leading a team of engineers providing support and direction
- Working closely with contract management to support on job allocations audits supporting on reaching SLAs and KPIs
- To carry out a wide range of maintenance works electrical or mechanical dependant on your experience
- Client liaison
- Ppm and reactive maintenance
- Working mobile across the region and surrounding regions
- Working on a range of commercial clients including retail offices etc.
Person:
- You must hold electrical certificates (level 3 18th 2391 etc) or mechanical certificates (plumbing heating hvac etc)
- You will be an experienced engineer able to show competency in commercial maintenance
- You may be an engineer looking to step up or currently in a similar lead role
- Happy with a role that is 60 on the tools and 40 not
- You will live in the region and happy with a mobile role
- You will ideally have previous experience working on commercial contracts
Package:
- Base salary 42000
- Monday to Friday
