What You Will Be Working On:

• Perform design coordination and assist in identifying constructability issues with the project team and subcontractors through clash detection of 3D models.

• Collaborate with the site team to develop the site logistics plan in a model environment and video or plan exports as required.

• Responsible as model administrator for assigned projects.

• Assist in training other project staff and subcontractors on digital constructionrelated software and workflows as required.

• Ensure model accuracy for projectspecific requirements including the quality of AsBuilt conditions.

• Assist the Estimating department with quantity takeoff.

• Complete 4D schedule visualization linking 3D models to live schedules.

• Prepare BIM Plans in collaboration with consultants and trade partners.

• Prepare and lead coordination meetings with our project teams.

• Perform laser scanning activities and reporting.

• Perform drone photography and video flights on ongoing projects.

• Complete progress tracking activities on site for our Digital Construction tasks.

• Set up and maintain relevant collaboration platforms like Revizto BIM360 and OpenSpace.

• Support specialized nuclear VDC initiatives by adapting workflows to meet stringent safety regulatory and technical requirements unique to nuclear projects.

What We Are Looking For:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering Construction Management or Architecture.

• Completion of Construction Management Certificate Program or equivalent an asset.

• Minimum 3 years experience working with digital construction related software primarily Revit Revizto Fuzor Assemble and Navisworks (or equivalents).

• Construction Management background with experience as a Digital Construction or BIM/VDC Coordinator in a design/build environment in the ICI sector preferably with a Contractor

• Construction knowledge and/or related work experience an asset.

• Experience in nuclear construction projects is an asset.

• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and a general understanding of MS Project/Primavera P6.
