Education: Bachelors degree or higher
As a Product Owner youll shape the vision and of strategic digital products aligning with business priorities and ensuring endtoend value delivery. You will own the product backlog balance innovation and operations and guide crossfunctional teams through agile delivery.
Strategy & Vision
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
Optimize product value across the full lifecycle (ChangetheBank & RuntheBank)
Guide prioritization and in line with the Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
Backlog & Delivery Management
Own and manage the product backlog prioritizing features stories SLAs incidents and audit items
Ensure successful implementation of both strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth delivery and adaptation
Collaboration & Capacity Planning
Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Manage and balance team capacity for both innovation and operations
Ensure effective involvement of stakeholders to maximize business value
Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Product Owner in software development or digital product delivery
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and working in Scrum environments
Proficient with Jira or similar Agile tools
Experience in DevOps and familiarity with testing methodologies (esp. UAT & functional testing)
Strong knowledge of business processes process design and software development
Experience in private banking or wealth management is a strong plus
