Job Description
Your Role
As the Global Learning Operational Excellence and Quality Manager you will provide strategic guidance and structure to our global learning function CurioZ by developing implementing and optimizing quality management processes ensuring alignment with local countryspecific regulations and overall governance frameworks for our business partners.
Develop implement and monitor quality management/assurance processes and procedures for our global learning function (CSOP SOPs WIs) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations and collaborate with our internal business partners
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends root causes of inefficiency for our functions performance and areas for improvement. Prepare reports decision papers and presentations for management on quality performance and improvement initiatives
Gather and analyze countryspecific local legal requirements in the field of learning (e.g required learning language learning time per year documentation
Stays updated with trends in the Learning field through continuous learning and internal and external benchmarking and audit activities.
Educate and develop continuous improvement skills and competencies across the global learning function in terms of quality and processes
Your Profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Operations Management Business Administration Learning & Development or a related field and significant experience in an operational excellence role preferably in learning & development or businessrelated field
Proven ability to develop implement and optimize processes and ensure quality control in learning organizations and proven track record in driving continuous operational excellence and supporting cultural transformation
Experience developing strategic concepts conducting indepth analysis and preparing decisionmaking documents for senior leadership
Excellent conceptualization and strategic thinking skills with a handson ability to drive operational excellence setup and
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets
