Grocery Outlet 677 Berlin Cross Keys Road Sicklerville Nj Usa in Sicklerville NJ is looking for one frozen lead to join our strong team. We are located on 677 Berlin Cross Keys Rd. Our ideal candidate is selfdriven motivated and engaged.
Grocery Outlet of Sicklerville is a small business in South Jersey. We are locally owned and
operated and our goal is to provide a clean fresh and unique experience while shopping.
Not only do we give our customers 4070 off their grocery basket but we aim to build a
family team member experience so everyday will be a great day while earning money for
you and your family.
Frozen Lead:
Individuals hired in this position must possess a strong sense of urgency and a
positive cando attitude. In addition having a friendly and upbeat personality are
essential. Being selfmotivated and selfdirected are key to your success in this
position.
Below listed are the general job duties and functions that you will perform on a
daily basis:
Responsibilities
- Manages inventory to ensure selection freshness and availability of
products.
- Completes 2 orders per week for frozen and receive and unload trucks
- Follows procedures for effective inventory control.
- Effectively implements promotional programs merchandising and pricing
plans.
- Handles customer questions or requests for information about the products
the store sells.
- Ensures company and government standards for safety proper food
handling practices and sanitation are maintained.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a frozen or grocery experience is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a face paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ordering process
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a
friendly and helpful manner.
