Job Description

Candidates must be local to the Northern VA/Metro DC area. Work schedule includes time in the office in the field and remote.
**Key Qualifications**
- A demonstrated passion for home remodeling design
- A record of high performance and professional achievement
- Experience with CAD software needed Chief Architect preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Strong detail orientation selfdisciplined creative and confident problem solving and job coordination skills communication and critical thinking skills
- Interior Design or Architecture degree preferred
- Kitchen and Bath design experience
**Key Responsibilities**
- Capture the vision outlined by the sales consultant and homeowner in the proposal and bring it to life
- Ensure a positive and exciting design experience for the homeowner
- Build a trust and a positive relationship with the homeowner
- Take the homeowner from the beginning of the project to completion
- Serve as the design resource on the team driving influencing the sales design and construction experience
- Manage the design and purchasing of cabinets and all selection items
