Job Description
Hog Slat Inc. is seeking professionals with expertise in Machining of metal productsto join our 1st shift. Metal Fabrication team in Clinton NC. Were looking for Machine Operators who not only take pride in the quality of their work but also enjoy and thrive in the fastpaced environment of a busy shop.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change.
Work from provided manufacturing diagrams to produce metal parts
Verify conformance of work piece to specifications
Adhere to all safety procedures
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following experience/educational background:
- Were seeking candidates with experience working with CNC press brakes turrets and lasers
- Experience in working in a high volume manufacturing facility required
- Proficiency with various measuring tools and an understanding of basic measurements and angles.
- Stable work history required
- Satisfactory reference check drug screening and criminal background check required
- Experience in the following machinery preferred:
- Use of measuring instruments such as calipers tape measures and protractors to ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations.
- Amada Press Brakes
- Roll Forming
