Location: Plainville CT
Position Type: PartTime 24 hours per week)

What You Bring
- Educational Background: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Current and valid medical license to practice in Connecticut.
- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Experience: At least one year of postlicensure primary care experience or three years of other postlicensure practice experience.
