- Promptly assist customers in a professional manner
- Provide customers with indepth information on all products in department
- Evaluate prepare and care for artisanal cheese charcuterie and accompaniments through selfeducation of subject matter and tasting of the products
- Receive product; store and return product when necessary in a timely manner
