Description
We are inviting you to apply for a Marketing Director position.
This position is responsible for working with the Administrator of the facility they support to fill census by establishing and maintaining relationships within the community. This position will represent the Rennes brand within the communities we work. This position will provide assistance and support to the Marketing Department and facilities in the development and of marketing projects and admissions.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Professionalism accuracy dependability and confidentiality are essential
- Strong organization skills independent decisionmaking and work planning
- Highly driven while being flexible and adaptable to change
- Willing to be on call 24/7 for referral intake calls
- Travel up to 75 (mostly local)
- Experience working in Nursing Home preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or relatable field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years working in healthcare field
