Hybrid Role: Inoffice Monday Tuesday Wednesday. Work from home on Thursday and Friday.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepare monthend materials and presentations to summarize financial results and insights.
Partner with executive leadership to drive forecasting of all components of the income statement.
Drive the implementation of field forecasts and support the enterprise process for monthly updates on risks & opportunities.
Develop relationships and work collaboratively across the USFS finance teams.
Drive the successful and timely completion of special projects.
Become the central and trusted business partner to business leaders and finance teams within USFS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 15 years of Finance or Accounting years
- Foodservice or food industry background preferred
Education
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
MBA Degree or CPA preferred
Skills:
- At least 5 years in an FP&A leadership position for a large multinational corporation.
- At least 10 years of finance leadership experience.
- Strong analytical interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of financial planning.
- Executivelevel communication and reporting
- Adequate capacity to handle regular responsibilities and adhoc requests
