Ready to lead and make a direct impact Were looking for a handson and motivated Middleton Site Supervisor to lead production operations at our Middleton facility. This is more than just a supervisory roleyoull be the goto person for managing production maintenance and inventory control while fostering a positive and highperforming team environment.

As the key onsite decisionmaker youll handle daytoday operations oversee seasonal staff and ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. If youre someone whos worked their way up knows how to get their hands dirty and thrives in a fastpaced environment this is your chance to take ownership and make a real impact.

What youll be responsible for.

Lead and Inspire: Take charge of a team of plant employees including up to 10 seasonal staff during peak seasons (AprilJuly). Foster a positive teamfocused culture where everyone feels supported and motivated to succeed.

Champion Safety: Be the driving force behind a safetyfirst culture. Make sure safety policies and procedures are followed and lead health and safety initiatives to keep incidents at zero.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Oversee daily operations to ensure equipment and production lines are running at peak efficiency. Stay on top of preventative maintenance and repairs to avoid downtime.

Own Inventory Management: Manage inventory like a prohandle receiving tracking orders and transfers to keep production flowing without a hitch.

Train and Develop Your Team: Make sure new hires and seasonal employees have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed through handson training and guidance.

Coordinate Like a Pro: Manage contractor truck drivers and seasonal staff to keep deliveries and operations running like clockwork.

Drive Financial Success: Partner with the Operations Manager to keep operations within budget identify costsaving opportunities and ensure financial targets are met.

What you bring to McCain.

Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members leadership and external partners.

HandsOn and ProblemSolving Mindset: Comfortable stepping in to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions in real time.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of equipment operations maintenance and troubleshooting.

Customer Service Experience: Experience handling customer orders and managing customer relationships.

Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiar with Word Excel and Outlook for tracking and reporting.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Preferred: Class 3A license and experience operating a forklift and skid loader.

Compensation Package: $28.00 $30.00CAD hourly

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education/training and other organizational needs.
