Job Description
Location: Chamberlain
Minimum Salary: $15.34

Description:
The seasonals primary duty will be to assist the departments noxious control program including herbicide application as well as the required herbicide application data entry. The seasonal may assist Region II staff with miscellaneous projects including but not limited to posting of signs mowing trails and parking areas fencing and miscellaneous wildlife habitat projects. Assistance with other division section (Fisheries Wildlife Law Enforcement and Animal Damage Control) projects will be encouraged as time and opportunity permit.
General Requirements:
Applicant must be at least 18 at date of employment and a valid drivers license.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Applicants should have general knowledge of South Dakotas noxious control program and ATV/UTV experience. Experience with farm machinery and heavy equipment as well.
Please note this is a temporary or seasonal nonbenefited position exempt from civil service.
