spurwinkri provides high quality services for persons with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health issues and we are looking for a VocLinks Manager to join our community! VocLinks is an employment training and job placement service of spurwinkri that links employers to qualified employees. The VocLinks Manager is responsible for the expansion development and oversight of the daily operations and functioning of all aspects of the supported employment and communitybased service program of spurwinkri. This includes administrative supervisory and fiscal functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Incremental expansion development and administration of the daytoday operation of the program including individualized integrated supported employment communitybased work experiences servicelearning opportunities and the development and ongoing support of community connections and resources promoting integrated communitybased opportunities for all participants.Development and oversight of personcentered planning ISPs and ORS services as needed for assigned clients.Monitor referrals and incrementally expand program capacity. Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing short and longrange goals and objectives for the day program.Directs and coordinates day service functions in conjunction with Employment Specialist and members of the multidisciplinary team. Screening employment supervision support and performance evaluation of support and professional staff. Creates and maintains coverage schedule.Monitor biweekly payroll.Ensures compliance in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards.Works with the team in implementing policies procedures performance standards and maintains documentation in accordance with agency/licensing standards (i.e. participant and medical records training fire safety daily logs)Coordinates and directs team meetings (i.e. quarterly team meeting staff meetings and individual plans).Attends and assists with coordination of SIS meetings.Collaborates with Vocational and Executive Director on grant opportunities.Works as a liaison with families state and community level agencies as necessary.Participates in planning with senior administrative staff and governing body (annual planning management team meetings).And those other assignments appropriate to the position as determined by the VocLinks Director.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for overall direction coordination and evaluation of these persons. Directly supervises approximately 48 employees/staff and approximately 20 participants. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Masters Degree preferred in Vocational Rehabilitation Special Education or related field and/or combination of Bachelors Degree and related experience and/or training with minimally 1 year experience in a supervisory/management position.
