As Senior Manager Digital Strategy you will lead a team of digital marketers and website developers. Your work will have an immediate and meaningful impact as the owner of our marketing websites. You will be surrounded by a talented group of highperforming marketers seasoned in SaaS and driven by collective success. This role will report to the Senior Director Inbound Marketing and Operations and work closely with demand generation customer marketing and marketing analytics teams to maximize conversion and leads from digital efforts.

You are a strategic thinker and you create digital marketing plans that are grounded in data. You have a deep understanding of complex multiproduct and multiregion website funnels. You thrive on a challenge of converting millions of web visitors to revenue. You are known for your strong communication and collaboration skills and are energized by leading crossfunctional squads of growth and product marketing managers UX designers and web developers. You are a selfmotivated problem solver with a high sense of ownership known for your agility.
Website Strategy and Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive global website and landing page strategy that aligns with Clios business objectives customer needs and competitive landscape to drive growth and maximize conversion across key audience segments.
Own Clios marketing web properties ensuring they serve as highperforming demand generation engines.
Ideate lead and prioritize highimpact digital marketing initiatives including microsites website sections and campaign landing pages collaborating crossfunctionally with marketing design web development growth content and PMM teams.
Lead build and mentor a team of web developers fostering a culture of innovation agility and performance excellence.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Direct website conversion rate optimization strategy working closely with the Senior Website Conversion Manager Senior UX Designers and Web Analysts to improve user journeys and business outcomes.
Own the website conversion rate metric setting ambitious goals and operationalizing experiment learnings into scalable optimizations globally that enhance user experience and conversion.
SEO Strategy &
Lead the development and of technical SEO strategies in partnership with the SEO agency to improve rankings for branded and nonbranded keywords driving organic traffic growth alongside our inhouse SEO content team
Analytics & Marketing Technology
Own website analytics and performance measurement identifying trends conversion opportunities and dropoff points to enhance user journeys.
Partner with the Senior Web Analyst to maintain an advanced analytics framework ensuring datadriven decisionmaking for website optimizations.
Oversee and optimize Clios Digital tech stack
8 years in website strategy digital marketing or CRO with 3 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of owning and optimizing highperforming marketing websites driving conversion and user engagement.
Expertise in CRO A/B testing UX optimization and technical SEO to improve organic rankings and lead generation.
Strong experience with web analytics and marketing tech including Google Analytics GSC Intellimize and CMS platforms like Wordpress.
Ability to lead crossfunctional teams (web dev UX content growth) and align website strategies with business goals.
Proficiency in website performance accessibility and frontend collaboration (HTML CSS JavaScript familiarity).
Datadriven mindset excellent communication and ability to execute multiple highimpact projects in a fastpaced environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills to distill results into actionable insights and recommendations for executive stakeholders.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
