The ideal candidate will have a strong civil litigationbackground exceptional analytical skills and a commitment to providing outstanding legal representation.The firm is dedicated to the Central Coast lifestyle and features a low annual billable hour requirement so attorneys and staff can enjoy all the benefits of living in Santa Barbara.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex business litigation matters including contract disputes partnership disagreements corporate governance issues real estate employment and trade secrets
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings motions and briefs.
Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal advice.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
3 years of experience in business litigation or related practice area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
