Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic networking knowledge (understanding of IP addressing setting static IPs subnetting and performing ping tests).
- Experience using a multimeter for low voltage 1224vdc) electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic connectivity issues in network setups.
- Maintain constant communication with officebased or control room team during commissioning activities.
- Follow commissioning procedures and keep detailed notes/photos
- Willingness to travel frequently sometimes for extended periods during project commissioning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a handson approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering teams.
- Preferred but not required: Experience in oil & gas facility commissioning SCADA or industrial automation environments.
Work Environment & Travel:
- This role requires substantial travel to commissioning sites. Travel and living expenses are covered by company.
- Valid drivers license needed for air travel and rental vehicles
- Work environments may include industrial facilities data centers control rooms and field locations.
- Must be comfortable working in varied conditions including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
