Job Description
TES 2000 are currently seeking aReceptioniston aTemporarybasis fromJune 2nd to June 13thinclusive located at our Head Office inColchester. You will be required to attend 3 days of training prior to the dates stated.
As theTemp Receptionistyou will play a pivotal role in ensuring all our calls and guests are welcomed in a friendly and professional manner.

About You
The idealTemp Receptionistwill (Essential):
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- IT literate
TheReceptionists typical day will include:
- Operate the switchboard and messaging system
- Maintain the security of the office by signing in and out all visitors
- Greet all visitors and make them aware of fire procedures
- Keep the reception area tidy
- Provide refreshments for visitors and meetings as required
- Organise the incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle general customer enquiries
- Assist with general administration
