Bond Solon part of the Wilmington plc are now recruiting for a dynamic and resultsdriven TrainingConsultant to drive new business development and revenue growth through consultative sales of specialist legal literacy training courses.

This is a 360degree sales role perfect for someone who thrives on identifying engaging and converting new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job purpose tasks and responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively generating new leads through outbound sales calls networking and prospecting.
  • Handling the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
  • Working closely with marketing and internal teams to optimise sales opportunities.
  • Understanding client needs and providing tailored training solutions.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

What Were Looking For

To be successful in this role you must have / be:

  • Proven track record in consultative new business sales.
  • Experience in cold calling lead generation and closing dealsrange).
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

To be successful in this role it would be great if you have:

  • Experience selling training education or professional development solutions.
  • Background in health and social care legal training or governancerelated fields.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales automation tools.
  • Experience working within a consultative sales framework.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement processes.
