Job Description
- Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the lawn care sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Educate customers about our lawn care services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Keep abreast of industry trends competitors and market conditions
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the lawn care industry or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for achieving results
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of lawn care products services and industry trends
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally as needed
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or businessrelated fields is a plus
