Duties & Responsibilities: Reviews Florida Statutes DCF Operational Procedures Administration policies and related directives for impact on Child Protection. Evaluates impact on operations; identifies potential problems; recommends appropriate action. Develops and recommends planning strategies to enhance and increase field performance and quality. Provides advice and assistance to the Child Protection Supervisors and Program Administrators in the planning implementation and evaluation of existing operations systems and procedures. Provides assistance to Program Administrators and their staff in the management and operation of Child Protection. Performs firsthand onsite analysis of operational problems of the Child Protection program; serves on interdisciplinary staff teams to develop optimum resolutions; carries out the implementation of solutions. Acts in an administrative and consultative capacity providing operational and management coordination on the service center Region Circuit and agency level
