Purpose of the Role: You will play a critical role in maintaining the financial records ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements and providing accurate management accounts.

Qualification:
Must have Grade 12 Matric or NQF4 equivalent qualification.
Must have a clear criminal record.
BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
3 years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles SARS and CIPC regulations
Proficient in accounting software (Pastel Evolution SAP)
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must have a clear criminal record.

Role & Responsibilities:
Maintain General Ledger and ensure accurate processing of financerelated transactions
Review and sign off batch and transaction processing reconciliations and age analysis
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly management accounts and reports
Ensure compliance with SARS CIPC and other statutory requirements
Maintain accurate cash flow balance sheet and other general ledger reconciliations
Assist in budget and financial yearend processes
Ensure electronic and paper filing is up to date
