Associate/Junior Senior Associate: Dispute Resolution

About the role:
- Act for unsecured and secured creditors insolvency appointees and debtors in contentious and noncontentious insolvency work including complex administrations and receiverships in a number of industries.
- Dispute resolution and litigation across a broad range of organisations in both the public and private sectors within Australia and overseas.
- Additionally act in energy and resources disputes administrative law litigation including challenges to major project approvals and asset recovery work in international jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2 years PQE (up to 5 PQE) with a background in restructuring & insolvency and/or commercial litigation.
- Confident in running matters with some autonomy and supervising juniors
- A strong academic background 70 WAM) with a practical commercial approach
- Team player with an interest in growing your technical and clientfacing skills
