Associate/Junior Senior Associate: Dispute Resolution

About the role:

  • Act for unsecured and secured creditors insolvency appointees and debtors in contentious and noncontentious insolvency work including complex administrations and receiverships in a number of industries.
  • Dispute resolution and litigation across a broad range of organisations in both the public and private sectors within Australia and overseas.
  • Additionally act in energy and resources disputes administrative law litigation including challenges to major project approvals and asset recovery work in international jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE (up to 5 PQE) with a background in restructuring & insolvency and/or commercial litigation.
  • Confident in running matters with some autonomy and supervising juniors
  • A strong academic background 70 WAM) with a practical commercial approach
  • Team player with an interest in growing your technical and clientfacing skills
