Job Description
Valley Views Sleep Medicine Department is in need of a PRN (As Needed) Patient Access Professional to assist with patient scheduling insurance verification and patient registration. Previous patient scheduling and/or registration experience highly preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One to two years of customer service experience required
- Previous experience in insurance verification patient registration collections or billing preferred
- Courtesy patience and tact when dealing with the public; Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Bilingual highly preferred (English/Spanish)
- Ability to work under variable conditions.
- Wellorganized dependable and flexible; Strong computer and typing skills.
- Must be a team player
SALARY
- Starting salary within pay range is dependent upon education skillset and experience
- Position wage range: $20.00 $28.00/hour 14 PRN Differential
