Job Description
Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is a Residential Health Care Facility striving to provide the highest levels of quality care through continuous improvement and the involvement of the interdisciplinary team and the entire community. Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a qualified RN to join the team as a Building Charge Nurse for the PM shifts.
Charge Nurse responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state federal and facility guidelines
- Supervising CNAs and LPNs
- Medication Administration
- Wound and treatment care.
- Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facilitys nursing policy and procedure.
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff patients families and professional/regulatory agents.
