Graduate Program:Built offers Graduates a structured twoyear program designed with exposure to the totalsolution including fitout refurb small works and construction. The program is delivered through a realtime app with interaction and feedback from direct managers Construction Managers and Construction Directors.Our Grad program has been created by a specialised L&D team and is regularly reviewed and updated with the P&C team and participants of the program. This ensures the program and systems are userfriendly and results driven.

We are seeking Graduates with a passion for construction that are finishing their degree in the below fields of study in 2025

• Construction Management
• Digital Engineering
• Civil/ Structural Engineering
• Occupational Health & Safety/ Environmental
• Architecture/ Design

Cadet Program:We are also seeking Cadets who are in their minimum 2nd year of study to join us. Youll receive early insight and exposure to commercial construction access coaching and training programs and apply your university learnings on various client projects and realworld scenarios. Our cadets work 3 days a week (determined by study days) with the opportunity to work 5 days a week between university semesters.
