Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Grill Cook to join our team at Selrico Services Inc. Caf in North Charleston South Carolina. This is a fulltime hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry. As a Grill Cook you will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu items while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. SECURE FACILITY: NO PHONES OR ELECTRONICS ALLOWED ON BASE LANDLINE AVAILABLE IF NEEDED.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $18 per hour and paid weekly. Selrico Services Inc. also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance dental and vision coverage paid time off and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and efficient manner following all recipes and quality standards
Operate and maintain all grill equipment ensuring it is properly cleaned and sanitized
Monitor food inventory and notify management of any shortages or ordering needs
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Interact with customers and take orders providing friendly and efficient service
Communicate any customer concerns or feedback to management
Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
Follow all company policies procedures and regulations
Requirements:
R.E.A.L. ID:REAL ID Homeland Security (dhs)
Food Handler Certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Grill Cook in a fastpaced restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to pass Military background check
