Ansell is looking for a Sr Manager Business Development to join our team in Brussels or Krakow.
In this position you will play a vital role in driving business growth within the highend chemical protective clothing sector (e.g. GasTight and Ventilated suits Diving suits OEM hoods). You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets building relationships with key stakeholders such as distributors and end users and implementing strategic initiatives to support global expansion through both direct and indirect sales models.

What your role will be
Collaborating with our cross functional teams and reporting to the Associate Director Product Portfolio Management you will have the opportunity to:
Identify trends competitors and business opportunities in target international markets.
Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies in chemical protective clothing aligned with company growth goals.
Build and manage distributor relationships to enhance market penetration and sales.
Understand customer needs provide solutions lead tender responses and conduct product demonstrations and training.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking industry events and targeted outreach.
Create and present tailored proposals to clients distributors and end users.
Develop expertise in Ansells chemical protective clothing train distributors and customers on new products.
Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies for effectiveness.
Navigate cultural differences to communicate and negotiate successfully in international markets.
What will you bring to Ansell
Demonstrated similar experience in international business development sales or marketing.
Strong track record of closing deals achieving sales targets and navigating international business practices regulations and cultural nuances.
Strong business acumen financial expertise and a strategic approach to customer development and channel sales.
Proven ability to plan execute and forecast business outcomes while effectively leveraging crossfunctional resources in a matrix environment.
Exceptional interpersonal negotiation and influencing skills to drive business growth and customer success.
Proficient in data analysis and market research methodologies. Skilled in data analysis and market research methods
Languages: Fluent English (spoken & written) any other languages a plus
