Job Description

As a regional program manager you are responsible for the overall development of the travel program; strategize and collaborate with incountry managers to ensure program maximization and consistency in administering the Client travel program and policy.
Responsible for regional alignment and of Clients global travel program strategies
Ensures Agreement compliance and SLA achievement at regional level
In consultation with the Global Program Director develops and launches the regional Business Plan ensuring consistency with the global travel program objectives
Works with designated Traveler Services teams to ensure optimal service delivery to Clients travelers/ACs
Works with the Business Analyst to show trends in travel expenditures; consults on results of data analysis trends and industry developments to identify costsavings opportunities
Regularly communicates with incountry Client contacts and program management to ensure smooth operation at local levels
Works with GPD to evaluate new products and service enhancements to determine their value and implement
Assists in the selection and implementation of technology solutions that enhance customer experience and program efficiency
Bachelors degree or advanced degree in business an advantage
5 years work experience in program management or equivalent
Analytical skills and financial acumen
Multimarket/international exposure
West Coast located ideally San Francisco
