Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 1st shift: MondayThursday 8am4:30pm Friday is 7:30am4:00pm
Pay:$4555k/yr.
Location: can be in Grand Prairie or Fort Worth TX location
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNTIY
- 3 years experience as a Customer Service Rep. in the security systems overhead doors access control gates or door operator industry.
- This individual could have done outside sales of security systems and looking to get into the office.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Upsell products or services to meet customer needs.
- Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
- Familiarity with an ERP system computer literate and MS office products.
- Bilingual is a plus not a must.
