Job Description
MagruderTabb Animal Clinic located in the vibrant community of Yorktown VA is a wellrespected 2doctor small animal practice founded in 1989. We are excited to have recently moved into a brand new custombuilt 9000 sq ft hospital and are ready to welcome additional veterinarians!
Our welcoming collaborative environment is perfect for both new graduates and experienced veterinarians. We are experienced in mentoring new graduates.
Highlights/Overview:
- Brand new custombuilt 9000 sq. foot hospital
- Loyal clients who care deeply about their pets medical care. Demand for services is very high; a strong caseload will be immediately available to experienced veterinarians joining the team.
- Customized enhanced CE packages lets identify your unique goals together and map out a plan to achieve them!
- Dr. Wallace is an experienced mentor. His colleague Dr. Lattimer was mentored from prior to vet school and is excited to participate in the mentorship of developing veterinarians.
- Excellent culture collaborative environment and low turnover
- Hours: MondayFriday 8a5p and Saturdays 8a 12p closed on Sundays with flexible shifts available
- Yorktown Virginia is a suburb of Newport News located one hour away from Virginia Beach. Close to Williamsburg. Yorktown is a fantastic area with an affordable cost of living topranked school systems wonderful dining options lots of parks and outdoor activities and much more.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fulltime experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary: $140225k. Commensurate with skillset experience schedule and your preferred pace.
- Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly no negative accrual bonus plan. Earning potential 225k. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
- Relocation stipend
- Bonus in exchange for multiyear commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment skillset and schedule commitment
