Responsibilities:
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
Vendor Compliance Management:
- Extensive experience in managing vendor compliance including monthly compliance checks.
- Resolving vendor queries and coordinating with finance teams for payouts.
Labour Law Knowledge:Deep understanding of labour laws including upcoming labour codes.
Inspection Handling:Experience in managing and handling inspections.
Mandatory skill sets:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
