As a Client Solutions Architect Director in Digital Channels & Connectivity you are a technical expert for a set of products. You are wellversed in the sales cycle and in designing solutions to address clients complex problems. As a leader on your team with advanced technical capabilities you leverage your skills to innovate on how products are solutioned designed enhanced and modified and create new ways for teams to successfully consult with clients to continuously improve their experience with the firms products.
Job responsibilities
- Supports deal teams from presales stage for prospective clients (corporate & financial institutions) where complex technical expertise is required; provides client advisory best practices and core integration subject matter expertise solutioning forglobal payments open banking APIs file formats and transmission methods
- Understands client usecases and presents scalable end to end solutions for managing payment acceptance disbursements and reconciliation strategies
- Ensures that prework and technical solutioning is integrated into the client implementation process to aid a seamless client onboarding experience
- Functions as subject matter expert acrossdigital channels openbanking and emerging technologies integration solutions; including API hosthost web SWIFT and mobile platforms
- Advises Client Solutions Architect teams on the strategies and best practices for configuring and modifying the firms existing products and solutions often in partnership with Technology to fit complex client use cases
- Coordinates with clients and our Development and Delivery teams drawing on technical knowledge experience and client feedback to lead product design and define the development requirements for enhancements
- Engages Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages on highlevel pricing pipeline planning and account planning
- Manages multiple deals/projects concurrently that may have competing priorities resources and timelines
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Deep understanding of the technology aspects of the cash management landscape including:
- Treasury Management (TMS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Finance Accounts Payable and Receivable systems and emerging Fintech platforms
- Industry knowledge of payments products (Payments Receivables Liquidity Trade Foreign Exchange Card Merchant Acquiring) solutions and solid experience of related digital channels open banking and emerging technologies product sets includingAPI hosthost SWIFT internet and mobile.
- Expertise and experience in latest technical standards across payments and cash management domains (e.g. JSON ISO 20022 SWIFT etc.
- 5 years of experience of Treasury Cash Management or technical Product management oriented roles with specific emphasis on Treasury and Finance (AP and AR) related landscapes
- 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise working within a broad set of products to solve client use cases
- Extensive experience in partnering with clients in a technology field with engineers
- Experience in supporting a Sales team while pitching and delivering complex technical products projects or applications
- Demonstrated experience in structuring and handling complex business solutions or technology problems to meet client needs while advising teams on strategies and best practices
- Driver of strong working relationships with clients colleagues and crossfunctional partners
- Excellent organizational time management and planning skills
