Shift Supervisor
Wage: $22.17/ hour

Job Description:
- Build strong relationships with team members and clients onsite.
- Foster teamwork and cohesion among team members.
- Coach and mentor team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Proficiency in SOC (Security Operations Center) and OneKey systems conducting training exercises as needed.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules as site issues arise.
- Issue corrective actions when necessary ensuring team performance meets expectations.
- Meet tight project deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols including breaks emergency responses escorts and door unlocks.
- Walk an average of 57 miles per shift.
- Control building access enforce proper badge protocols perform sitting and standing duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Military or Law Enforcement.
- 2 years of management experience preferred.
- Ability to handle physical demands including walking long distances.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
