Primary Function:
Lead manufacturing and facilities projects from requirements definition through deployment identifying schedules scopes budget estimations and implementation plans including risk mitigation. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope schedule and budget. Analyze project status and when necessary revise the scope schedule or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met. Establish and maintain relationships with peers and Manager providing daytoday contact on project status and changes necessary for successful completion.
Machines/Tools/Equipment Used:
Be able to operate assigned equipment use common hand tools and devices for calculating planning organizing and controlling job.
Supervision Received: Plant Manager

**Mandatory Prerequisites:
Four Year Engineering Degree with Project Management Experience from an Accredited School with 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing in addition to Degree.

Skills Required to be Successful:
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office for necessary reporting
Superb attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Excellent time management skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- *Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- *Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- *Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical and physical feasibility
- *Ensure resource availability and allocation
- *Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- *Coordinate with internal and external parties for the successful of projects
- Manage relationships between vendors and company.
- *Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- *Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- *Report and escalate to upper management issues when needed
- *Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop and maintain partnerships with thirdparty resources including vendors and researchers.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- *Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalateissues as necessary according to project work plan
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
